A soft round light for a small corner
The ORB is built around a bubble-shaped shade that spreads the light instead of pointing it. Turned on, it gives a soft, diffused glow rather than a reading beam, which is what makes it a corner or bedside lamp. The wooden legs lift the shade off the surface and keep the footprint small on a crowded nightstand.
The bulb comes with it. It is an E12 running at 4 watts, energy efficient but still bright enough for the job the lamp is doing. Overall the lamp measures 12 inches high by 9.5 inches wide. If you want a different size, or a shade in a color that is not listed, the maker takes messages about it.
Wood legs, plant-based shade
The legs are pure solid wood. The shade is made from an eco-conscious plant-based material: bioplastic derived from corn at 60% and recycled wood fibers at 40%, a blend that is completely biodegradable. Four shade colors are listed, White, Muted Green, Muted Blue and Blush Pink, and the wood stays wood underneath all of them.

The legs are solid wood and the shade is a plant-based blend of corn bioplastic and recycled wood fibers. Dust both with a soft dry cloth. Let the bulb cool before handling the shade. Keep the lamp somewhere it will not get knocked, since the shade is the part carrying the look.
