The whole ridiculous set
A Welcome to the Show entrance marks the front. Behind it there are two circus platforms, a fire ring, a ball, a top hat with rabbit ears and a tight rope, which arrives unassembled. Sand fills the tray underneath and a zen garden rake comes with it for tidying up after.
Then there are the five poops. They are part of the set, made alongside everything else in the tray. Nothing is glued down, so the whole scene can be laid out, knocked over and rebuilt whenever a meeting runs long. Slight variations between one set and the next are normal.
Plain tray or pen organizer
Without the organizer the tray is 6 x 6 x 1 inches. With the organizer it is 8 x 6 x 3 inches. Neither figure includes the height of the contents, so the entrance and the platforms stand above the rim. The circus pieces are the same in both versions.

Care
The whole set is made to order, so slight variations can show, and each one is inspected before it ships. Keep the sand dry and brush stray grains back into the tray. Wipe the pieces with a dry cloth. The parts are small enough to be a choking hazard, so keep it away from young children.
