The Pro Slider is built around a hot-swappable face. The glide tape arrives pre-installed, so there is nothing to set up. Wipe the sliding faces with a dry cloth if they pick up lint, since grit is what slows a slide down. If you prefer natural resistance, the tape peels off. Use the included tool to push inserts out rather than prying at them.
